Pricing questions
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- Yes. You add a card when you start the 14-day trial. We do not charge it until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then from Manage account → Billing in your account menu and pay nothing.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your plan continues at $50 a month, or $500 a year if you chose annual billing. Your theses, watchlists, and analysts stay exactly as you left them.
- Can I use Neural Markets without a card?
- Yes. Skip the trial after you sign up to use the free preview: full research on the 25 largest S&P 500 companies, five starter analysts, and a small AI allowance. You can start the trial at any time.
- How do AI credits work?
- Every seat includes $25 of AI credits a month for the agent, analysts, and AI tools. During the trial the allowance is $5. You can see your usage and top up from Usage & Credits.
- How does billing work for a team?
- Each person is $50 a month on one bill. Create your organization after you sign up, subscribe it to the team plan, and invite your colleagues. Theses and analysts can then be shared across the team.
- How do I cancel?
- Open the account menu, choose Manage account, then Billing, and cancel your subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
